- Cancellations made *24 hours or more* before the scheduled pickup time: *Full refund*
- Cancellations made *less than 24 hours* before pickup: *No refund*
2. No-Show Policy
If the customer does not show up at the scheduled time and location:
- The booking will be considered a *no-show*
- No refund* will be issued
3. Delays by Customer
- Additional waiting time may be charged
- Charges will be based on hourly rates
4. Service Issues
If you experience an issue with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
5. Payment Processing
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take *5–10 business days* depending on your bank or payment provider.
