  • Cancellations made *less than 24 hours* before pickup: *No refund*

2. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not show up at the scheduled time and location:

  • The booking will be considered a *no-show*
  • No refund* will be issued

3. Delays by Customer

  • Additional waiting time may be charged
  • Charges will be based on hourly rates

4. Service Issues

If you experience an issue with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

5. Payment Processing
